We’ve implemented CloudLinux on all Cpanel Shared Hosting. Other than that to secure the Linux environment we implemented CageFS virtual filesystem to secure all websites from one another. This allows to be less restrictive with PHP functions and allow some SSH Access upon request to clients that require this.
